Circuit Court of Appeals, to the U.S. Supreme Court, Planned Parenthood Federation of America (PPFA) has called for a thorough and deliberative confirmation process, saying Roberts must be prepared to demonstrate his commitment to constitutional protections for women’s health and reproductive rights.

Did you know in New York State…
There were more than 44,000 teen pregnancies in 2000.
The highest rates of gonorrhea are among 15-24 year olds, more than 4 times the average rate of the entire population.
In 2003, 4% of female high school students and 11% of male high school students in New
York reported having had sexual intercourse before age 13.

It is critical that young people have access to accurate information and services. Get the Facts NY is dedicated to ensuring that New York’s young people aren’t left in the dark, and to enabling young people to make responsible choices about sex.
