To meet NYS Dept. of Health Regulations, PPSCNY must remodel all of the exam rooms and install a handicapped accessible elevator. Contractors estimate the renovations will cost about $300,000 in addition to the $510,000 purchase price. The renovations and the cost of the new building, which are in addition to our annual operating expenses, are monumental investments for the agency.
