Planned Parenthood of South Central New York, Inc. is a Prenatal Care Assistance Program (PCAP) provider in Chenango County. Check out our TV commercial!
If you are pregnant and are worried about health insurance coverage, we can help! Come to our office at The Eaton Center, Suite 208, 26 Conkey Avenue in Norwich.
Women eligible for PCAP receive prenatal education and help with the applications for Medicaid, WIC and other services. HIV counseling and testing are available for pregnant women.
Prenatal care, labor and delivery services will be provided by the doctors & staff of Chenango Memorial Hospital, Norwich, New York (607-337-4111).

PCAP provides services for pregnant women who do not have insurance that cover the full cost of health care during pregnancy, and who meet the income guidelines below (updated 7/5/07):

The first interview with a (PCAP) registered nurse will last about one hour. You will be treated courteously, with respect, compassion, and receive prompt attention and care.
